How does the TopFlex™ PRO+ work?
The TopFlex™ PRO+ works around the principle of proprioception — re-educating your golfing muscles to make the right moves. It trains you how to set the club into the correct loaded position with great swing width, on the right plane, with the right angles.
How to use TopFlex™ PRO+
Step 1: Place the bottom of your lead arm in the corner of the device. Insert your four fingers in the strap handle to keep your lead arm in an upright steady position. Hold the Y-shaped handle with your other hand.
Step 2: Keeping your lead arm in the fixed position, start your backswing motion by moving your lead arm closer to your lead arm pocket. Holding the Y-handle, extend your arm following the lead arm position until your shoulder is aligned with your center.
Step 3: Maintain your stance. Perform downswing by slowly bringing down your arms in their fixed and extended position. Rotate your shoulders and hips in the opposite direction until your lead arm and shoulder are aligned with your center and facing the hole. Repeat the backswing and downswing drill in a 10:1 ratio — 10 swing rehearsals for each ball hit.
Step 4: To practice your follow-through and swing finish, place the bottom of your lead arm in the corner of the device. Insert your four fingers in the strap handle to keep your lead arm in an upright steady position. Hold the Y-shaped handle with your lead hand.
Step 5: Maintain your stance and balance. Continuing from the downswing position, rotate your body and hips in the direction of the hole until your lead shoulder is aligned with your center and your body is facing the hole.
Step 6: Your arms should be extended fully in the swing and finish behind your head and neck. Repeat the follow-through and finish drill in a 10:1 ratio — 10 swing rehearsals for each ball hit.
I play left handed. Will this work?
Yes. The TopFlex™ PRO+ works exactly the same for both right-handed and left-handed golfers.
How long should I use TopFlex™ PRO+ per training session?
Just five minutes a day in the office, at home, or at the course will help you get the repetitions in, which over time can lead to a more consistent swing.
Tips for the best training results?
