Return Eligibility

Our return policy varies by product. Some items are eligible for returns within 60 days of receipt, while others must be returned within 30 days. Please refer to the product page for the specific return window applicable to your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at refund@calmgolfing.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

A return fee applies to cover return shipping, handling, inspection, and restocking costs. The fee varies based on the product value and size, and will be clearly communicated when you request your return authorization. For most items, return fees range from $7.95 to $14.95. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note, if the return is due to personal preference (for example, you simply changed your mind), the return fee will be deducted from your refund. We only cover return fees in cases where the product arrives defective, damaged, or not working properly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first about the unwanted product. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement right away.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
