Processing Time: 1-2 business days after receiving full payment
Delivery Time: Usually within 1-3 business days, occasionally up to 9 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Multiple Items

If you order different items, they may arrive in separate shipments within the estimated delivery times. No additional shipping fees will be charged in this scenario. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. To cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Once an item has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Delivery Issues

Wrong Address or Customer Unavailable

Important: You must notify us of any address changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Orders not received because customer wasn't available for delivery
  • Packages showing "delivered" in tracking (we consider these successfully delivered)

If delivery issues occur, please work with your local post office to retrieve your package. We cannot communicate with postal services on your behalf.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement product at a discounted price, determined case-by-case.
