Yes! If you contact us at sales@calmgolfing.com within 12-24 hours, we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.

 

After your order has been placed, you have 12-24 hours to contact our customer service team at sales@calmgolfing.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

 

Once you place your order, you will receive an email that includes a video instructions!

We have distribution centers throughout the US, UK, CA, so depending on the product and your location, it can take 3-5 business days for delivery depending on the item and your location.   

Kindly note that Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide COVID-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended,

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment!

If you paid by credit or debit card, Your money should reflect back into your account in between 1-3 bank business days (excluding Weekends and Legal Holidays).

It usually takes less but it depends on how soon each bank processes these types of transactions and we would ask you to wait through the above-mentioned time-frame first.
