When will my order arrive?

We operate a rapid-fulfillment infrastructure. US, UK, and Canadian orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days via Express tracked shipping, or 5–8 business days via Standard. Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand, and Europe take 5–8 business days. International delivery for the rest of the world takes 7–14 business days.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 24 hours of placement.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. A standard $9.99 fee is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, warehouse handling, and restocking costs.

How do I start a return?

Do not send items back to the address on the shipping package—that is a processing facility and your return will be lost. To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page to request an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct local return address.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your Order Number and a photo of the issue. We will issue a replacement right away and waive any return fees.

Can I cancel or modify my order after paying?

To ensure fast delivery, orders are sent to the warehouse immediately. You may request a cancellation or address change within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order is processed by the warehouse or dispatched with tracking, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted under any circumstances.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What happened?

Order confirmations are sent automatically. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you entered your email incorrectly at checkout, please contact our support team to update your account details.
